Because if they talk because they are friends then that's a GOOD THING. There is a kid in the middle of them remember, just because you are his wife/partner/lover now doesn't mean he shouldn't have a healthy, good relationship with his child's mother.


I think it's ridiculous when people get so bent out of shape about things like this.
Is she hitting on your DH?? Is she being inappropriate? If not then what's the big deal?

I talk to my BD/ex about his life and mine, because what goes on in his life goes on in my son's life too and I like to know what's up.

my boyfriends sons mom does the same thing but its up to your husband to put a stop to it, i told my bf to stop and he tries to get off the phone with her as soon as he can or change the subject to there son

Sorry. I see no problem in it. DH still talks to his ex wife. She'll call just to vent or whatever. Theyve known each other for 10 years. And were married for 5.. I think its great when ex's can have good relationships. Its not like shes telling your DH she wants to smurf him .. Thatd be a bitch move and then id def be pissed... But other than that? I dont really care who DH talks to and is friends with...

He's tied to her for the rest of his life ( not in the bad way of course ) because they have a child together.
