When I was pregnant my little one was the worst for lying on mine. I have no advice on it other than just taking it easy. ): Sorry mama! I know your painnn.

I guess mainly you want baby to make a big move to get off. Put a ceramic or glass bowl into the freezer for a bit then put it on your belly, the cold will make him move... but he will probably move back onto the nerve, or it's pinched until delivery. GOod luck.

Go see a Chiropractor ASAP! One or two gentle adjustments can relieve that pain - there is NO need to live with it! Its not necessarily the baby's position directly on the nerve- its how baby has put spine out of alignment.

the pain is all the way down the lower right side of my back and my butt its hurts to even try to sit down. i will try putting something cold on my belly to make him move but he constantly goes right back to laying on it

When little girl did it to me, it was EXCRUCIATING and i thought I was going to be sick! so I ended up going on my knees and (with the toilet seat down, no germs lol) I bent over the toilet seat as if I was hugging it and just stretched as much as possible and it actually, over the course of a few minutes moved her away, she wasnt happy with her position with me in that position so she shifted. I hope that helps for you, its basically so your head is at the back of the bowl, your knees on the floor and your arms are hugging that bowl while your back is getting the best stretch possible...

also take a good warm bath afterwards to relax those muscles..

I have had this since before pregnancy and it really helps to sleep with a pillow between your legs on the opposite side of the nerve pain. that is the only relief i can get to be able to sleep!

Relax in a hot bath, then lay on the opposite side, might relieve it but baby will most likely go right back to that spot
