Holiday Craft Ideas for a Young Toddler

I need craft ideas for my 16 month old. She loves finger painting, so I was thinking something with that would be kind of nice. I don't really like her dad's parents, but I figured a little hand made craft from her would be cute to give them for Christmas and to keep things pleasant for everyone  

All I can think of is having her paint a card. Like I'd get nice card paper, tape the shape of a Christmas tree on it, and let her go to town then remove the tape. Then throw a gift card in there?

Lame   But I'll probably end up doing that unless someone suggests something even better here haha

I think it sounds like a great idea. my daughters are into coloring and stickers. So I printed accouple really big trees and I'm gonna have them color the trees and put stickers around them.

I was thinking about this too... I know that well my DD was around that age they made angels. They are so cute and didnt use a lot of supplies and its super cute.. the body is her foot.. and the wings are her hands.. awesome.. i think this year we are gonna do snow globes
