Well today I picked up the disc we ordered with our 20 images of our Family/Christmas Portraits we had taken last Sunday & noticed that 3 of the pics are screwed up. My sons wore bow ties & the colors were all screwed up. They add the backgrounds in after the pics are taken bc they use that green screen background( drawing a blank on what it is called right now)so some colors of clothing mess up the lady said, but she assured me shed fix them...well tonight I uploaded them to my computer & found that in 3 pics their bow ties are all fuzzy & the color is screwed up. I'm going to call tomorrow, but will they fix them? I mean we paid $222 and some change for this 20 image disc. The 40 free Christmas cards are screwed up with the wrong pic & a background wrong too on one of the pics too, but I was going to just leave the cards be. We usually never have a problem with them & have been going to them since I was a kid, but I really hate that those three pics are screwed up & really want them fixed. My question is will they fix them?

Yea I just want the pics fixed bc she told me herself that the pics would not look like that when we received them. I mean the bow ties look so fake & ridiculous. I love everything else about the pics, but the bow ties ruin them for me & i was so excited to have the freaking bow ties on them in the first place for the pics. I feel I should get what I was promised. I don't want money...just the pics to be fixed so I can actually enjoy looking at them.

I know it's been a few days, but I haven't been on here & thought I'd give an update. They replaced the entire CD & the 3x5's too bc their bow ties were messed up in not only 3 pics, but most of them. Had them ready afternoon that same day that I called. She said whoever was working on them missed it & she was very sorry. They really are a great place. I've been going there since I was a kid & will continue to go back.
