If you watch your diet and maintain your exercise, it shouldn't come back. Building muscle can help increase your metabolism too. I started working out a week and a half ago. The first week I was down 8 lbs. Then a few days later, I was down another 3. So Now I'm down a total of 11 lbs. Taking weekly pictures help too so you can see your progress.

I cut out soda as much as possible. Ate mostly chicken & turkey not much red meat at all. Pretty much ate the same as before but portion controled & tried to aviod starches. Lots of crunches & other exercises i found on google for my target areas, & a few some people suggested. Go to nowloss.com they send you a free video. Took a few months to get to the last picture but i was only trying to tone up too. I lost all the baby weight after like 6 months, it just fell off. The one exercise i liked the most & feel i got the best results from was laying on the floor flat, arms out to the side to form T shape. Legs together & lift legs & shoulders off ground hold for 10 secs relax & do it again. Repeat 20Xs. Increase reps when it gets "easy" to 25-30 times.. ill find the sites that also helped me a lot & post links. Stick to it really want it & best of luck

Muscle burns fat so keep up with the diet & work it away. It wont happen right away but if you get dedicated to it you will see results. I'm short 5'2" i was 124 before any kids & 111 before my last baby (14 months old now) last time i was weighed i was 103. Having kids took everything from me lol. Boobs are first to go   i just wanted to mainly work on the mommy pouch & make things stop being so jiggly lol. My best advice is set your mind to it & keep up the hard work. There's another member on here who is really into working out & she may be more help. She does the fit and happy quotes if you use the search bar im sure she could give you better advice.

I read somewhere that that will help you maintain your weight but not lose weight. I walk about an hour a day, 7 days a week and I lost 13 lbs in two weeks. I started at 147. I'm now at 134. I also do strength training and core workout.
