Couple of questions?

posted 2nd Dec
Ok so I'm 36 Weeks, 4 Days, and I've been noticing that sometimes when Lo moves it feels like a little bubble pops or something it's not everytime, but I'm just curious if it's normal or not? and I have also noticed today that when I move it kind of hurts like right beside my belly button on the right side but it hurts from the inside any idea on what that could be? And my last question may sound dumb and pointless but I'm just curious ok so the other day at my appointment my Dr. told me that Lo was head down, but when I feel him stretch out you can see his butt pushing over down low on my right side and his feet down low on my left side I mean I'm not trying to doubt my Dr and say he's not head- down but I just figured if he is his butt and feet would be higher up, and I just hope he is in head down position since I am almost 37 weeks and could deliver anytime now. Lol

The popping feeling is normal, unless it's low then it could be your water. I always feel it at the top of my belly where his feet are, when he gets really active I can actually hear his feet sloshing around in the fluid. Also, when baby pushes up under my belly button it hurts really bad too. I guess because a belly button is basically scar tissue & it's tender? I'm not exactly sure, that's my guess. I would aslo like to know about your last question. My son is head down, but I swear I feel those little feet everywhere.

Ok just wanted to make sure all that was normal glad I'm not the only one! Lol & I know it feels like Lo's feet are are at my hip bone one minute then in the middle of my side, and then under my ribs and I'm like I wonder if he's still head down?? Lol

they are doing an ultrasound tomorrow to see if my son is head down or not, because my midwife said she couldn't tell, and i swear sometimes he is head down and then he flips around and is head up because it feels like he has his head in my rib cage and you can see him push out, so i dont know about the position....then other times when im laying down it feels like he has his head in my left hip....so confusing this baby posistion stuff!!!!

I go Tuesday & I'm gonna have my doctor double check. I mean I know the lower ones could be punches too, but idk it sure feels like little feet.

Isn't it?? Idk how doctors can tell just by feeling around. I tried to google it & everything, but I just can't figure it out. Lol.

It is very confusing! Wish I could have another sonogram but I can only get two during my pregnancy due to my medical coverage, and I've already had my two. But it doesn't matter I only have a few more weeks & I'll be seeing Lo anyways   But I know what you mean & it's hard to tell if it's their butt or their head too.

I definitely had the pain beside my belly button. Same spot. It felt like I had pulled a muscle. Turns out my little guy was pushing his foot out and stretching the area more than usual. It was so painful.
I also got the occasional pops. All is well, dear!

At my 36 week appt my doc said he was head down too but both his head and his bum were really round so she turned the ultrasound on and double checked. All I saw was his big head on the screen. I'm sure if they had any doubts or before you deliver they will make sure 100%

I don't blame you I just found out Thursday that my Little guy is head-down, but my Dr told me after my pelvic exam and I was like how in the world can he tell he is head-down just by checking my cervix! Lol

I know it's not his feet cause I feel them in my side I think it's his feet in my side anyways lol but anywho I think it might be something else maybe his back or something but it's just a dull pain, and I'm glad the popping thing is normal I was a little worried about that just glad to hear that everything I'm experiencing is normal (:

I hope they make sure, only problem is I can only get 2 ultrasounds done because my medical coverage won't pay for it any more than that and I've already had my 2 so I'm just gonna trust God that he will be in the right position when it comes time and that everything will go good with me and Lo

I only get 2 as well because of insurance but my doctor dose them in his office for a quick look.....but if the doctor says that there is a medical reason or decides that you need another one the insurance will pay for it.....at lease in my case they will

My Dr. doesn't have the equipment to do one in his office   but hopefully they would pay for it that is if he tries to do another one just to make sure he is in the right position.
