need help with ideas for a research paper

my history research paper is due one the 10th of this month and it can be on anything from the years 190-1980.

I'm very interested in the 1950s-1960s-1970s, such as hippies, the drug craze, roles of women in 1950 America etc.

I can't seem to narrow it down to a certain topic.

Any ideas!?!? TIA!

I would totally write about the feminists. Because people actually believe that they actually burned their bras...which they didn't.. lol!

both are awesome ideas! I think I'm going to incorporate the 50s and the 60s. talk a little about the role of women in the 50s (homemaker, stay at home mother/wife) to the 1960s woman who was more free and gained more rights.
