Birthday Shirt help!

Can someone please make me a siggy type thing that I can upload to put on a shirt? I need it to be Curious George and say something along the lines of "I'm One"
I seen one on google that had the number 1 wearing the yellow had and George peaking from behind the one. I need it for a boy and his bday will be on eater this year so I need it kind of lightish orange, something that will look good with dark skin on a black shirt.
