Does anyone have the graco my ride 70? My 2 oldest girls have a graco nautalis 3 and 1. I plan on ERF my little guy, and i want to try the graco 70 and possibly get 2. One for Eli and one for the new baby..

I am getting a red chico carseat for the newbie But thinking i should just skip that ( i never bring the carseats in anyway i wear my baby) so i might just save some money justgetting the graco my ride 70.


Wwyd? I have a carseat tht is about to expire so im gonna toss it, so idk if a newborn pumpkin seat is really something I NEED? Or if a NB can fit in the grqco my ride. It says its starts at 5 pounds

If you don't use the capsule seats, then I would just go straight for the convertible. The only exception would be when leaving the hospital. I know at the one I will be delivering at they wont let you take your baby home unless they are in a carrier seat with a base strapped in (or at least they wouldn't when DD was born). I'm not sure why, since you don't technically need the base, but that is their policy. If you're going to be delivering at a hospital I would check to be sure you don't need to bring the newborn seat with you when you go.

Has anyone in here used a Lovey Duds baby wrap?

That is stupid! Hospitals and their rules. We had a convertible and they had no problem with it.

I was considering doing this too (haven't decided yet). I asked in a thread of mine and some people say that certain seats, although they say they work for 5lb, are too tall (the straps are too high).

You can see what ones they suggested. I need to research more but I'm still considering it. I don't like lugging the bucket seat around either.

I agree. There was a couple there one day when we were visiting Ava
(she was still in the NICU) and they were telling them they would have to go get a seat with a base before they could take their baby home.
I would've been pissed.

Hey gurllls. My son wouldnt take a nap today and hes extra cranky, Im trying to cook for my husband because hes gained 11 pounds since finding out im pregnant and Apparently its because I dont cook enough lol   and I have a ton of homework I want to finish before flying to texas next week.. what are yall up to??

pretty sure the baby is a girl U/S tech wasnt 100 % since i am only measuring 18 weeks and 4 days not the full 20 weeks, but looking at thepic i dont see the boy parts like i did with my 2 boys looks like my daughters u/s pic, so we are going with a girl and her name will be Aspyn Mary-Bella

that was the name i had picked for my youngest daughter...but my hubby wasnt having it

I have a Diono Radian r100 for my daughter & have already blught one for Baby B. if it's too big, I'll just use my daughters smaller convertable. no baby buckets here-

Got called an smurf, a greedy bitch and smurf all by 5am. And he put a hole i a door. Im done. Idk what im gonna do but yeah. I had to get it out. Ive been crying all morning thinking i should just give this baby for adoption. No way should i bring a baby into this clustersmurf of a mess.

Holy smurf that's intense. I'm so sorry   I don't have much advice but I just wanted to say sorry that he's such an smurf. You don't deserve to be treated the way you are. And if you need to talk or anything, I'll listen.

I'm sorry he's acting like that.

Its alright. Ill get over it. Just stressing myself even more than i need to be. He said he isnt "giving up" on me or the kids, but i dont think he realkzes he gave up years ago. For years and years its been the same issues, nothing changes, it never will... Im just over it. I wouldnt be surprised if he didnt come home today honestly.

Eta the best part is HOW this fight started. He threw a bitch fit when he clogged the toilet and blamed it on me cuz i peed in the middle of the night and didnt flush. So he was slamming stuff sayi g SmUrf and woke everyone up before 5am and then decided to call me names because i was mad we went with H and R block to do taxes when turbo tax was cheaper and saying we were getting like 2 grand more but he just did h and r block anyway so thats why im greedy.

He just called to "check on the kids" and said okay thts all i wanted and hung up.. Cool.

And he is about to go 22 stories up on a scaffold to fix some windows.
