wow that is cheap! where did you order from?? and what set did you get? the set im ordering comes with the glider but im going to opt out and not get it. I didnt use it for either of my 2 kids so i dont think its necessary, plus i dont want my baby to get in the habit of being rocked to sleep in it. We have a leather chair in our living room that goes with out couch adn loveseat and i might put in the room for breastfeeding in cause its nice a comfy and has big cushiony arms...that way i make room in the living room for a swing and stuff.

I have hair on my belly too. More than i did with my other 2. I dont like it...ugh its not lots but from a side view i can totally see it lol

With this whole disconnection topic, I have realized... I'm not as attached as I was with my DS. I THINK it's because I still havent really felt a "jab", I just keep getting flutters, and with all the gas I have had I keep second guessing what it is. I am also attributing it to the fact that I am FAT. I was a mere 185 when I got pregnant with Beau, and I dropped down to 150 something b/c of the HG. With this go around I started off at 285. Now I'm down to 258, but still... not ideal.

*side note, I EFFING HATE the damn Mirena. Had it 2 times, each time made me gain 50 lbs and the 1st time, it imbedded into my uterus  

Anyway. I am also wondering if it's because I was told we were having a boy. That news kinda broke my heart. I know that sounds bad, but I was SURE it was a girl and well... there is a long back story, but it really made me disconnect. PLUS I am having the issue most 2nd time moms face. I m TERRIFIED I will pick a favorite, not give enough attention to one vs the other or even not love one as much. THAT SCARES THE Smurf OUT OF ME! I am SO close with my son. When its the 2 of you against the world, you bond... a lot. I'm just afraid that I won't love this one the same.

Ok, enough rambling. Time for a pick me up. It's FUNNY
Last night when hubs got home, I was telling him I was starting to have a firm ball of baby under all my fat... so I laid down and showed him where to feel. So he desides he has to PUSH ... very hard to feel (as if I didn't feel fat enough). Well, he must have hit baby because it HURT and so I jerked and accidentally punched him in the balls. BAHAHA After he recovered, I told him not to push so hard... and showed him how. Well this time, that "hard ball" was GONE... and he pushed harder to feel it.. again, it hurt, so I punched him in the leg... playfully of course. I'm assuming he pissed baby off because I haven't had that hard roundness since.   Jerk. Anyway. I thought it was funny.

I KNOW RIGHT!? I feel like a sasquatch. its gross. I feel all manly and not feminine and sexy at all.

Lol. At this point we can see movement from the outside when at least one baby is in a good spot. DH will go to put his hand on the spot to feel it and movement stops entirely. He takes his hand off and within 15 seconds we can see it again. He's convinced the babies hate him.

i worried about taht when i had my 2nd daughter as well. It was just me and my 1st born for almost 4 years... But I didnt have a favorite and loved them both the same. Im more worried about it this time if i have a boy. Im so i love with my girls that i worry if its a boy. When i think about boys i just dont even know, i worry about what to do with them and stuff. I dunno!

lol at my last u/s i hadnt shaved and they made me go into a gown...something ive never had to do before while getting one...i was like ohhh great. so i put my uggs back on and pulled them up as far as they would go. Now i always make sure they are shaved at appts.cause you just never know LOL

I read that you tend to be hairier when it is a boy because of the testosterone in your system.
