I have no idea. Plus, even at 18 weeks there is a 90% false positive rate, so even if you get a positive result, you only have a 10% chance of having something wrong. Can you say undue stress!?

Yes, I did it at my appointment yesterday. I was 17 weeks, 1 day.

Vent warning...

Argh, my mouth is killing me. I don't know if it's a cavity or my gums but i think it's my gums. LA just got rid of the medicaid covering dentistry for pregnant women unless they're under 21. I know the tax payers shouldn't be responsible for my dentist bills but this sucks... I'm thankful for the medicaid to cover my pregnancy at all until we can straighten things out with hubby's work insurance but man.   The whole side of my face hurts and I have a pounding headache. T_T I wish Hubby was home but he had a job start at 5:30 (it's almost that now) so he won't be home for a while yet. I just want to curl up and take a nap.

my doctor gave me the sheet at my last appointment and said to go in sometime this week and get it done. I wonder if i waited till monday if thatd be ok. I dont want them to turn me down though.

I'm not too short... 5'6" and normally 115. I have horrible eating habits but my metabolism loves me I guess.

Ok! I've only ever had anything like this before labor and I definitely don't want that to happen! I'm usually constipated and lucky to go a few times a week while pregnant.

Y'all are all talking about being short...I'm 4'11". Lol. I'm the shortest person I Knkw. Lol. And usually about 105-110 pre-pregnancy. Currently I am about 114-116. And will probably gain at least 30 lbs if I stick to my normal weight gain while pregnant.

Got to see my little stinker today! heart is fast as always, 1st OB appointment was 165 and sono was 160. Tech didnt want to tell me the sex but she did pan over the toilet shot and I didnt see anything like I always did with my son. so girl maybe??? we have our elective next week.   happy day.

I knowww! they grow so fast. I had no idea i would see baby today I was told I was getting my cervix checked so I wasnt prepared for the cuteness.
