Hey ladies. So went to the ER AGAIN tonight for really bad cyst pain. It ruptured. SO painful. They did an ultrasound at first the baby wouldnt spread haha but then it did AND..

ITS A GIRL!

I am SO ready to find out the gender! I guess it will be some time in Mid February when I go for the anatomy scan.

My next appointment with my midwife is Feb 13th. I declined the bloodwork for neurel tube screening. It wouldn't alter my decisions any.

It may not alter your decision, but coming from the mom of a special needs child, you want the best medical team possible. If you know in advance you have the opportunity to find specialists and interview pediatricians a that have advanced knowledge of your child's condition. You don't exactly have time to do that with a sick newborn. Just MHO.

Yay! Congrats! I hope you're feeling better from your cyst!

Congrats to everyone who had gender reveals. I go in tomorrow to look again and I'm still hoping they aren't both boys even though based on the last look I'm sure they are lol. A girl can dream right? haha

Still alive...pretty sure I have another kidney infection. 12 Hour day at work today. I have an ultrasound tomorrow at 2, hoping that I can talk to the doctor about it then.

Dang, you just can't catch a break can you?   I hope work goes well and you aren't in too much pain from the kidney infection.

I'm horrible at reading those things haha But my friend told me that if the head of the baby is flat like yours is at the forehead area than it's a boy and if it's round then it's a girl. I don't know if that's true or not but just what I heard...still sending boy dust your way!!

That's how mine is! The baby is measuring at 13 weeks and 1 day, but I still say I'm 14 weeks but oh well haha We felt the baby fully moving on the 12th, it was awesome and now I just get little flutters here and there. I'm sure once we get farther along we'll feel more and more and I can't wait for that!! This is by far one of my favorite feelings in the world!
