re: OFFICIAL JULY 2013 THREAD (pt. 2)

Well ladies it's time to get ready for my Dr's appointment today...I get to get my pap done, oh joy hahha Hopefully I'll be able to hear the heartbeat at least and maybe, keep your fingers crossed, I'll get to see the little bean on the old u/s machine that they have with the lady I'll be seeing today.

I know! I couldn't believe the nurses weren't kicking them out. I mean, I was touched that so many wanted to be there, but.... Not the most comfortable situation when you're practically naked, in pain, preparing for the biggest moment of your life, and there are a dozen people sitting there chattering away. (Not including medical staff!)

I hope we both get the nice, quiet birth we want.

I need to do that before they pick one for me! The options for Georgia are much better than they were 3 years ago.

Oh, and I probably won't find out until late feb/ early march either. My next appt isnt til Feb 1st and I'll be just shy of 16 weeks, so I'm guessing they will schedule it then. I'm wondering how much they charge for just a gender scan. DH and I were noticing a sign at checkout that said they offered three different packages if you wanted an elective one.

Me either. I just want my baby here. I don't care how long I have to lay in bed. I call this my grace baby because God gave me the grace to have another baby after having the abortion a year and a half ago. (Read my about me before you judge) the worst part... There is a chance I might deliver on the day that my baby grew wings. Idk what I'll do if that happens. I don't think I can handle that.

Anyway, I'll stop there before i cry my eyes out.

That's what my dr has. My gender scan is only $40 and the 3/4d at 28-32 weeks is only $100 and that gets a DVD and tons of pictures.

The dr standard these days is 20 weeks. I was shocked bc my sons anatomy scan was at 16 weeks :/

I read it a long time ago and I give you major props for what you did. It's hard enough to go through the rape and then the abortion. You're one strong mama! If the baby is you'll love it no matter what I'm sure! Just put the past behind you and don't let it run the future!!

have my 15 week apt tomorrow after noon. im soooo hoping i can find out the sex of my baby. either way as long as the baby is healthy i would be happy but i really hope this one is a girl it would be agreat adition to my little growing family of all boys lol. is anyone else having Braxtron Hicks? these really hurt. man i hope i dont have to deal with this through out my whole pregnancy

Wow! Lucky! When I had my daughter a little over 3 years ago my doctor was doing 20 weeks already as her standard! I am okay with that though. I wanna make sure that when I get an answer it is pretty damn positive and the farther a long you are the more chance of that. I remember at my third ultrasound at 32 weeks to check on my scar tissue in my uterus they wanted to see if I wanted a double check. Whoa! My first one was beyond clear but that ultrasound. Whoa. She was definitely a girl!

Just got home from my Dr's appointment. I must say, I am SO glad that I switched to this Dr from my last one with Dylan. They are all so super freaking nice and funny and answer all questions big or little! I got to see the little bean. It was curled up in a ball but once the nurse started pushing on it with the wand on my belly it started moving all over the place!! Doing little flips and pushing with it's hands and feet at it to get it away from it. I'm still measuring a week behind my calculations which is fine, since I'll be having another C-Section we get to pick the date any way   I got 3 more pictures, I will post them either later today or tomorrow. I have to finish cleaning and go pick up the little man from school!

Sorry so talk-ative. I'm just super happy that I'm still pregnant. My boobs stopped hurting, M/S went away, and my hormones dropped back down to some what normal and I feel normal so I was scared. There's a little bean though in there that's for sure!!

I have a 4 year old boy, 2 year old girl, and this will be my last princess due July 4th. I'll be 15 weeks tomorrow. The lady that did my ultrasound as an AMAZING track record and I'm pretty confident that she's a girl.   But I'll of course not go crazy buying stuff yet!

Wow that's so awesome!! Yea I would wait too...I mean awesome track record is good but she can still be wrong. Do you want another girl? How exciting!
