Cant tell whjats going on

Friday night starting around seven pm i started having mild contractions which got more intense with the passing hours but never became consistent went to bed they went away started the next morning but weened off throughout the day...Now my body is just sore I can barely walk around with the pain in my hips and pelvis but dont know if its worth calling the doctor or not... im 38 weeks pregnant and this is my fourth child but each one has been different so these symptoms are all new to me ... Pretty sure Im going to keel over before this baby ever comes out
