MyCAA????

Is it real i feel like its a scam. Is it just a certificate instead of a degree and thats why it sounds so good? Do buisness hire you if you went through mycaa.

I was considering this but i really dont get it

I'm going through MyCAA right now. Career Step. I'm currently studying to be a pharmacy technician, I'll be getting a certificate and ill start working and continue to go to school to be a pharmacist.

I do not think it is a scam..
I see 023840923849023 post in the MILSO Facebook groups I'm in.
Maybe find some & find someone who post about it for more info?
Or Google it and contact someone?

MyCAA is funding given to military spouses for career training. The training is not through MyCAA, just the funding. You choose which course you want to take and from which school. The school does need to be MyCAA approved and they have alist on their website- military.com/education. If you find a school that is not approved, you can request to have to approved. MyCAA stands for Military Spouse Career Advancement Accounts and is through the Department of Defense. You can get up to $4,000 in funding. Career Step was previously mentioned and they are MyCAA approved but there are a lot of options to choose from. I guess career step i want to do pharmacy tech i herd meditech? Sp is a scam and not to do it. I just realized my question was dumb and worded poorly. Thanks for your info though

  It's not a scam. When I worked in the military division at the last school I was at, they suggested spouses look into it. A few years ago, they helped fund up to 6k to help a spouse get career training.
