pretty sure im miscarrying (apparently the pic is graphic)

my last period was oct 18. got a positive test like 2 weeks ago... friday night i started bledding. took a test sat morning, still positive. passed the clot pictured below sat afternoon. now im still bleeding like a normal period would... im probably miscarrying right? im gonna go to my dr tomorrow when they open

  OP, i'm sorry if it is a miscarriage, but this really does need a warning for the picture... hope you get some answers soon!

I'm no dr so idk but I'm sorry if you are and if you're not in sorry this scary thing had to happen.

Im sorry it sounds like it may be. You could go to er instead of waiting for the ob to open. I've heard miscarriages can be dangerous sometimes so I'd be going in because i worry to much.

I can't say for sure or not, because I have had women tell me they passed HUGE clots while pregnant...and now they have healthy babies and childrens. Have you been cramping or feeling pain?

i have a car. i just have no one to watch the kids and im not taking them... plus i would rather go to my ob then the hospital

i doubt the e.r. will do anything, honestly. if she is not bleeding heavily, doesn't have a fever or pain, then there's not much they can or will do. it's probably fine to wait until the office opens on monday morning. unless she has some kind of history of complications during miscarriage....?

Does your doctor have an after hours line?

I would call that and see what they want you to do. My ob won't even see you till you are past 8 weeks because of the number of miscarriages that happen before then.
