Should I call my doctor?

I'm 7 weeks. Last night around 1am I had some pink spotting. No cramping or pain and no spotting since. I just don't know what mightve caused it...

Have you had sex recently? If so, it's totally normal.

If you've stopped bleeding and there's no cramping, you're probably fine as well. I wouldn't bother the dr with it since thy'll tell you th same thing

But yeah, I didn't bother to call last night. I figured they would just tell me to lay down - which I was.
