Yea true his child might be better off w out him but even then if he's done something so bad and if the mom is honestly just trying to protect her then she shouldn't be trying to contact him, they probably should both move on for their daughters sake.

i've known him for a looonnggg time and i do know the whole story, before he even met his BM he was in a gang in Michigan and had some charges against him for things he did plus the gang affiliation, but he moved to NY to straighten his life out where he met her, i've known him and his family since i was in 2nd grade. he straightened his life out completely when he found out he was going to be a father, he went to rehab and got off drugs (he was only doing weed but he felt that to be a good father he needed to be completely sober.) but he got denied because of his gang affiliations even tho he hasnt been involved with any since he moved here. and the mother is just using his daughter against him because he doesnt want to be with her, his daughter means the world to him, he tells me all the time that if it wasnt for that little girl he wouldnt have gotten clean or his life on track like he did and he just wants the chance to be a good father.

I didnt think u could just get out of a gang? Isn't he afraid they'll come after him?

he doesn't really tell me if hes scared or not, i know you cant just leave a gang but we live in the country so i doubt they will find him here. like its seriously hick central. which is probably why he chose to come here.
