Personalized Shirts

Does anyone know a website where you can create and look at them before you buy?

I'm getting DS#2 a shirt for his first birthday since it's on Easter and it's going to be a small little get together with the family. It's Curious George theme and I need the shirt to be an orange color, like neon almost, for Easter.

I've already looked at Etsy.
