Help me?

I'm having some mean contractions now that the pitocin has started and I feel like I'm going to die each time. Help me get through these, please. Tell me what helped you. DH isn't here to help me yet.

They kept tellin me to breathe but I felt better not breathing lol good luck!

I really just closed my eyes and the room had to be quiet as I concentrated on breathing. Hubby tried rubbing my back but I yelled at him, to me this hurt more and I didn't want him touching me lol. Put on the t.v. to something interesting or funny to get your mind off the pain.

I would close my eyes. Take in a deep breath. Hold it for a few seconds and release it slowly w/each contraction.
If the nurse asks "Are you in pain?"..The answer is ALWAYS...YES!!!...lol  Congrats.

I took deep breaths and concentrated on one thing, also laying on my right side helped.

Take deep slow breaths. If they let you, walk as much as you can. I was allowed to walk while on pitocin.

I fixed my eyes on one spot, breathed slowly, and counted.

As weird as it is I closed my eyes and visualised my favourite movie lol'
It helped distract my mind aswell as made the time go faster!
