Speeding up labor

So my water broke 12 hours ago and my OB said if I wasn't making much progress by the morning that I should consider Picotin. I'd really rather not and I'm hoping to speed things up on my own instead.
Any solutions? I've been walking and bouncing on the birthing ball on and off all day. I've no idea how dilated I am at all since they haven't checked in 10 hours or so.

Just keep walking and bouncing. Squats..Stay active.

just keep doin what your doin... it should progress some
