Just bc a parent smokes weed, it doesn't make them a bad parent. This picture oh the other hand is just completely stupid. And it makes me wonder what kind of parent she really is. I'd report it just to scare the smurf out of her, and honestly wouldn't doubt that something deeper could be going on.

Omg. This last pregnancy I LIVED on bean burritos with sour cream. I'd buy two on my way to work at Waffle House so that I could eat them over time while I was at work. Absolute pure heaven. They forgot my mild sauce one day, so I literally left work one night and drove to Taco Bell for sauce (and another burrito!) and came back while the other girl watched the restaurant for me. Lol.

As to the pic in the OP - I think it's irresponsible and I am glad something happened for the simple fact that she needs to know posting those kinds of pictures, no matter what the situation actually is, is stupid and could land her in tons of trouble. I don't think she should have her kid taken away, though - maybe she learned her lesson?

Well now that 2 separate states legalized pot for recreational use, and we are waiting to see IF the federal gov takes action here, some of these arguments are moot. The new laws do not say it is legal, except for moms. And the picture was a stupid decision...

I think it's kinda funny, I guess. I have a picture of myself at 3 holding a beer can up to my face. Meh.

I have a bong. I have kids. I don't have a pic of my kids with the bong, especially not on FB, because even though *I* would know they weren't actually smoking my pot, other people might not, and that's not the impression I want to give to people who maybe don't know me well enough to get the joke.

I'm really unfazed by that photo, in all honesty.

Lol! The crazy stuff we do for food when we're pregnant. I don't blame you, I probably would have done the same. Last time around, it was those mushroom and swiss angus snack wraps from McDonalds. This time it's freakin colby jack cheese slices on ritz crackers......I have no idea, I've never loved cheese and crackers before.

It's not a gateway drug. It doesn't give people the urge to find their next high or try something else that gets them higher. It's a misconception that's continued to be taught by parents and health teachers to scare kids into staying away from ALL drugs period. Marijuana is NOT a gateway to other drugs any more than cookies are a gateway dessert to other sweets.

Caffeine can lead to energy pills then lead to adderal, then lead to cocaine.



And more than 50% of teenagers that do drugs start off by drinking alcohol, which is in fact a drug.

I worked there too. As a manager. My food was free. And that was NOT a good thing.   I didn't lose weight.

That's partially what I was trying to get at - YOU may know that you're kidding, your FRIENDS may know it's a joke and what the real situation is, but god forbid anyone else got a hold of it.
