I completely agree. But weed IS a gateway drug, and who is to say that they aren't doing other drugs as well?

Is the baby being harmed? No. Does the baby look healthy? Absolutely. Is the baby clearly cared for? Well, she's dressed well and looks to be a good weight.

If the answer to these questions were different then absolutely, the photo should be reported. However there is no evidence of anything other than complete stupidity on the woman's part and stupidity isn't a crime.

Like I said. Stupid smurfing photo but I don't think it's enough to report and try and get someone's child taken away. He looks fat, clean and... happy?

I smoke weed. Not doing any other drugs.

And even when I WAS doing other drugs, it was before I started smoking weed.

No it is not   I drank and smoked cigs before EVER trying weed. And I tried coke once about a year after starting. Hated it and never did it again.
I know TONS of pot smoker that wouldn't do anything other than weed. They don't even smoke cigs.
