So lately I've gained about 20 pounds. Maybe more. I want to lose it, but I have absolutely NO motivation to exercise or eat right. I'm trying to deal with depression right now and I just can't make myself do anything. How do you get motivated when you just...aren't?
I go on google or tumblr and look up motivational phrases/pictures or I watch inspirtational videos. Plus I have a private facebook group with people as well as a group of ladies on here that I am trying to lose weight with, so I'll either look at their progress, or talk to them.
