And I feel your pain. I caught whatever DD's had for the last few days. I feel like ass...  

Sudafed and some nice hot tea with lemon and honey will make you feel great. Also a warm bath.

Sudafed, mucinex, robotussin the original, stay away from multi symptom tylenols

lemon and honey water or tea-warm
vicks rub
essential oils set out in a hot bowl with eucalyptus,peppermint or lavander oil.
