He hasn't pooped since yesterday??

I had my son Monday night and up until yesterday everything was perfect. Yesterday he had 2 dirty diapers and 6 wet ones and this morning he has had 3 wet diapers so I do not think he is dehydrated. I am breastfeeding if that makes a difference in the amount. Does he sound constipated? If so what can I do to help? Should I call the Pediatrician?

It's normal for a breastfed baby to not have a bowel movement for up to a week, sometimes more. It's also normal for them to have a few a day. When they're newborn, you have to wait for them to regulate themselves. I would not worry yet!

Breastfed babies have less waste than formula fed so poop output will vary. As long as there are plenty of wet diapers and he doesn't act uncomfortable.

I had no clue, thank God I was so worried! The hospital gave me a sheet telling me how much was 'normal' for him to have and it said like 2 dirty diapers a day at the least so I was worried!! He lost a lot of weight after we left the hospital so I increased feeding and figured he should poop and maybe hadn't because I hadn't been feeding enough. Thank you so much ladies!

your supposed to call if they dont have 1 a day for the first few days... call just to be on the safe side. dd didnt and we had to rush her in. turns out she wasnt getting as much breastmilk as i thought. she was constantly on my boob but i wasnt producing.
