is 9 months too young to give whole milk?

Not as a supplement for formula of course.
Just a little 4oz every so often.

Our pedi told us to start giving her other liquids like watered down juice and water. I was curious if milk was included in the "other liquids"

She doesnt need juice, even watered down. Water can be given in a sippy cup to get her used to one of those but that isnt needed either.
