anyone know of a website I could go to print out a form to fill out to select someone as a power of attorney? I need to send it to a friend who is in jail and needs to apply her mom as her POA as soon as possible..PLEASE

You get the forms at the hospital - at least that is where DH and I got ours.

Contact a lawyer and they can point u in the ought direction.
