I would use a femal variation of his name as opposed to drew, like Andrea. Or use drew as her middle name but with a more feminine first name to balance. Info thin it works as a middle name for a girl in some instances but not with a clearly male first name like Tristan. Audrey is a girl's name but it doesn't flow with drew at all.
I love Audrey Hepburn, but a person i used to know went by the name Audrey and completely ruined the name for me.

What about Dru as a opposed to Drew?

Have you considered Trista instead? Not a Dan of Tristan on a girl. I like Audrey but not paired with drew.
