Well everyone knows that all prosecution of any crime is low compared to times a person offends - no matter what the crime. I smoked pot (always illegally) hundreds of time s& was never caught. I don't do it anymore, but if I did & got caught - it certainly would not be reflective of my "criminal history". Other than maybe things like murder or kidnapping, I think it is likely true for EVERY other type of crime.

Oh you would get charged for it no doubt. But how many juries are going to convict is the issue? You would be hard pressed to find 12 unbiased people in that event is the issue one would fact here.

I think there should be a site that informs you of sexual predators but Facebook should not be that site. Too hard to monitor.
