Pain

I had my 3rd csection exactly one month ago. For the last week or so I've had a pulling/tugging feeling from the incision all the way to my right hip bone. Inside. Now when I move at all it hurts and feels like a horrible bruise. Never happened with my other 2. Anyone have something similar happen and it be serious? I also had a tubal this time. I don't think that would cause it, but throwing it out there in case.
