I did a walk around the neighborhood with my dog lol My muscles aren't letting me do anymore. I just got my workout clothes on so today I am just going to push through it. Thank you!! I love Psych!

It's cool me and cold weather do not get along at all LOL I freeze all the time. I'm going to try and get on my elliptical tomorrow or sometime this weekend to get a little exercise in

How are you all doing? Yesterday I went on a day long trip with my mom and son, it was terrible lol. I hate being cooped up in a car all day, all I want to do is eat. Tomorrow we have to ride about 11 miles so when my butt becomes un numb I'm going to work out lol.

I reached my 1st goal!! Lost all my baby weight!! Just thought I would share!!


Now just gotta keep working on toning!!

I lost 5lbs between yesterday morning and this morning  . I was Christmas baking all day yesterday too lol, If my weight was going to fluctuate I would of thought it would be the other way around lol.
