I had tons of pain in my incision area when I lost 30lbs last year, massaging it is really the only thing that works. You could use a heating pad too. I got pregnant again, & now I'm back on my weight loss journey, 4 months PP.... & experiencing pain again. Plus, all those muscles haven't been worked or ever worked. If you're doing strength training you should do it every other day or every two days.
