5'2 and 120lbs is normal as far as BMIs go. Im 5'1 and when i weighed 120 i was underweight, like skinny skinny.

hi im 5'2 also and weigh a little more than you do, my doc just told me to be careful what i eat and try not to gain to much through my pregnancy im 27 weeks now and only put on 2lbs though healthy eating.. hope this helps
