So, MIL doesn't bake and I do and she has asked me to do all the Christmas baking! YAY! Anyway, I want to do some mini pies, like individual ones but not sure what filling to do. I've already made the pastry and it is in the freezer waiting to be shaped and filled and baked. I'm already doing a big apple pie so no apple, they don't like cranberry, raisins or mince pies. I was thinking cherry, but after that I'm stuck! Any good pie fillings out there?
