I tried to deal with them for over 5 years before finally getting them removed. If they're bulging out you can push them back in, if they stay in then they may digress on their own, if they keep bulging out again then you'll need to see a doctor about them. In the meantime try witch hazel pads (I made my own, baby cloths soaked in a witch hazel and water solution and then frozen.....feels nice when they're particularly itchy or painful) prep H, or if they're mostly internal then you can get a supository called anusol from the pharmacist.
