lung nodules & ovarian cyst over 4cm

Anyone have any experience with either?
I have an ovarian cyst that's over 4cm in diameter on my right ovary, which according the my obgyn nurse needs "immediate medical attention", what should I expect when I go it?
And on my abdomen CT the found multiple nodules on my lung base, has anyone has these before and if so, what did you do after?

I have an ovarian cyst thats 3.5cm in diameter on my right ovary also. I was given Provera pills to help reduce/get rid of it. I only take it from CD 14 to 25 and will be taking it for two months only. So in a couple of weeks or so I go back to check if its gone or got smaller.

My doctor told me that its a risk to the ovary when it gets to 6cm.

Ah the nurse I talked to said anything.over 4 could cause damage, maybe the doctor will say something different, because the way she was making it sound I thought I was gonna be cut open on the spot to remove it haha.

Im not sure if they´ll discuss removing it with you. I was prescribed provera at the same appointment where they saw it for the first time.

I also did research and some sites say at 5 cm it can cause damage. So maybe yours is closer to 5 and thats why it needs immediate medical attention.
