Dont think I am dumb haha I am just wondering ... alll I have been craving is cereal , and all I want to eat is cereal.. I eat regural food but I eat like 5 bowls of a cereal a day should I cut back haha
I read somewhere that when you crave something during pregnancy, it's usually something your body actually needs and that's it's way of telling you what it needs more of. Like craving milk is your bodys way of saying it needs calcium, even the weird stuff like if you crave dirt it's your body saying it needs iron. Although I'm not sure if that is just made up or actual fact.
