Dont think I am dumb haha I am just wondering ... alll I have been craving is cereal , and all I want to eat is cereal.. I eat regural food but I eat like 5 bowls of a cereal a day should I cut back haha

Captain crunch and reeses are bad for you and driving the baby nuts with all that sugar. However, life ceral and honey bun ches of oats are healthy

good to know   i have been eating kix berries , honey nut chex , and special k berry, and mini wheat   I wont lie I was bad and bought apple jacks and frosted flakes haha

I read somewhere that when you crave something during pregnancy, it's usually something your body actually needs and that's it's way of telling you what it needs more of. Like craving milk is your bodys way of saying it needs calcium, even the weird stuff like if you crave dirt it's your body saying it needs iron. Although I'm not sure if that is just made up or actual fact.
