No, unfortunately stretchy wraps are not safe to use with back carries. Woven wraps, SSC's and Mei Tais are your best bet.  

I absolutely CANNOT get a hang of wrapping my toddler. So, I'm just going to stick to moby wrapping my NB and using my mei tai for my 15 month old
