How do you get pimples & acne to go away, fast?

My face breaks out terribly, and I wanted to get christmas pictures done of me & the twins, but I don't want my face to be all broken out.

My forehead and upper lip and chin is where I break out the most at.

Oh, and I don't have much money, so I can't really buy anything expensive.

I use the knockoff brand of ProActiv. It's the Equate brand at Walmart and it is the exact same thing. It is so much cheaper and I got the same results with the Walmart brand that I did with actual ProActiv. It cleared up my skin right away and keeps it clear
