that have specific meal plans and exercises laid out for each trimester of pregnancy.
Im about six weeks, and im taking a dance class at school where we do crunches and streatching and bicycles and ballet exercises etc. for the first 45 mins of class then combinations for the rest of class and i want to keep exercising as close to that as i can for my whole pregnancy but i need written instructions lol. I also am not sure whats.safe to do farther into my pregnancy.
In class i just follow along.
