shrinking uterus

just wondering how long it takes on average for your uterus to shrink back down to its normal size. i knwo breastfeeding helps its along but its starting to hurt pretty bad everytime i feed my son im just wondering how much longer till i start to feel normal lol

I stopped getting the crampy feeling when I fed him maybe 5days PP? Something like that, but definately in the first week Hope it gets better for you soon!

She I only get the feeding when I feed him lol but now 1 outta my 3 problems is gone my milk has finally come in and I pumped 3oz today whoooo!!!! Now instead of my back boobs and uterus hurting its just my back and uterus lol.
