fast weight gain.

i am gaining weight "rapidly" ( so the doctors say). i have gained about 16 pounds already and im 6 months pregnant. is that REALLY bad? i know i should be eating healthier and walk more often to maintain a good weight gain but its hard with the junk food cravings and being so tired from work, i dont want to WALK anywhere. any advice?

well, I took a look at your belly pic and you look great!! There are a lot of factors to consider...any everyone is different...some gain a lot right away and a small amount later, you know? I've been eating pretty crappy too...so I know your pain...the cravings can be pretty intense!

I got told the same thing from my doctor my last visit, but maybe that is because I gained 11 lbs in one month ;)
I have gained about 19 lbs altogether and I am 7 months. I feel you on the junk food cravings and not wanting to walk anywhere, especially with this heat.
My doctor recommended not drinking juice, just eating fruit instead, and switching from 2% whole milk to 1%.
I also have started taking my dog for little short walks everyday, even if its just for ten fifteen minutes, at least it is some sort of exercise.

that's not too bad! don't worry! i gained 40 last time and lost 20 the second i had him!! you'll be fine!

well im hoping to lose a lot of it i nwater...im so swollen that i cant wear my regular shoes.
