eye twitching?!!

im not sure if this has anything to do with pregnancy but im going to ask about it here since my left eye has started twitching during the pregnancy. im 6 months pregnant already but my left eye has started twitching for the past week, every single day. it twitches through out the day, here and there. i have asked a couple of friends about it and they said that its from being tired/restless. i do sleep but then again, i do work ALOT. 6days a week, its tiring for me now that i am pregnant and the managers dont even seem to understand that or maybe they dont care? any advice on what i can do to help with this issue?   

my eye will twitch alot too.. but it has been doing it since i was little.. it doesnt have anything to do with pregnancy.. its just a muscle that is in your eye goes a little crazy sometimes.. any of your muscles can do it.. my arm and legs have had twitches in them before.. its pretty normal and common..

Try more water and salt. Potassium, think bananas, can help too. Doubt its a pregnant thing so much as its a "mal-nutrition" (for lack of better words) thing.

lol, my eye has been twitching off and on for like a month! It could be from lack of sleep or anxiety from my upcoming labor!! Hopefully it will go away when Bryson comes!  

it's just a muscle spasm.. i've been working for an eye doctor for 2 years now and it's normal.. so don't be alarmed

THANKS for all the answers ladies. very helpful. its actually kind of embarrassing when i talk to someone face to face and sometimes its really noticeable like im a crak head or something. lmao

My eye does that if I'm under a lot of stress. When I moved away from my family to be with my husband for his career, my eye twitched like mad ALL the time.
