Please read if you know about MCAD

my daughter will be three weeks this coming Tuesday. Her blood work from when she was born came back low risk for MCAD deficiency. They took more blood to recheck and make sure it wasnt a false positive. She wakes up and eats normal but she goes right back to sleep after she finishes her bottle. Is that normal or should I call the doctor and let them know.
