I have like the WORST gagging issues ever when I'm pregnant. With my son and this one it was like my first sign. I randomly gag for no reason. Sometimes I gag so hard and for so long I end up puking all over.

If I ever had the son, I would try to "compromise" in the sense that I would explain why he wouldn't be circumcised. But that's just it. He wouldn't be circumcised regardless of what his dad wanted.

Coming in late on this one but I don't understand the "My SO decided because he has a penis" argument. Whether you are pro or anti circ, surely both parents are able to make the decision together?
If having a penis makes you better qualified to make that decision then in the same way would you accept circumcision advice off a female doctor? Would you accept pedi advice from a doctor with no children of their own? Of course you would because you trust they know their stuff. As long as all people involved in the decision making have done their research then both can make the decision, penis or no penis.
