Just curious

Im 36 weeks pregnant I was checked 2 weeks ago and they said I was 1 cm dialated. Im high risk because I have a shortened cervix. My question is how long can someone stay at 1 cm for? I just wanna know if I should be expecting my baby girl anytime now or not.

I was stuck at 2cm with my first for 3 weeks before i finally had him and i was at 1 and a half cm with my 2nd the last three months i was pregnant i was finally induced on my due date

Your baby could come anytime from now until possibly 42 weeks (depending how long your doc will let you go)  

With my first I was dilated to 2cm and thinned out all the way for the last month. I went into labor the day after my due date. This time, I'm almost 37 weeks and when I got checked the other day I'm at 1cm

for a long time. I mean I was 3 for give or take 6 weeks. Did you ask your OB for his opinion since you are high risk?

I've been at 1-2 cm since about 24 weeks   (I'm 29 weeks tomorrow)

ive been at 1 cm 2 weeks now, no sign of the lil girl coming quite yet other than that.

Im 39 weeks and I have been 1cm dilated and 70% ephased since 36 weeks. I just had a doc appt and im still the same so she is still cooking.

Forever lol. I started dilating around 30 weeks both times. I don't even start labor until around 6 cm.

You could be stuck that way for weeks or have your baby tomorrow. When I had my first baby I was 3cm at 34 weeks and stayed that way until I went into labor the day I turned 39 weeks and was 4cm when I was admitted to L&D.

I have a doctors appointment monday but no I didnt ask the doctors opinion I should've tho.
