Cheese and freezer

Its ok to store the cheese that already comes in sheered in package in the freezer right?

If so when do you take it out to thal(sp) out to use for dinner?

yep. I freeze it all the time. turns out fine. I take it out about an hour before I want to use it.

Maybe take it out a couple hrs? I don't think it takes too long to thaw.
