13 month old teething..poor appetite

When my son is teething his appetite sisnt so good..he's already a picky eater so its frustrating. He'll eat those baby cheesedoodle things and cereal bars..but thats pretty much it. SO i think im going to give him some more toddler formula to make up for it...does that sound okay..is this normal
