omg, I am so out of shape! :(

I just tried to do level ONE of 30DS, and I didn't even make it ten minutes. I feel like I'm gonna die! Ugh. :/

I'm 2 months pp, and I fit into all my old clothes but I'm actually about 25 pounds above my pre pregnancy weight. I have no idea how that works, but hey. I just REALLY want to drop, like... 35 ponds or so? Idk, I actually have no idea what a good ideal weight would be for me. I'm somewhere between 5'6" and 5'7", and right now I'm at about 175. I swear like half of it is boobs alone.

I'm just gonna keep trying every day. I've always been horrible about exercise, and I've never been happy with my body. Any tips? There's a bunch of celery in my fridge, and I'm about ready to go demolish it. And I hate celery

145 is a good weight. I'm 5'6 1/2 and I weighed 145 before I got pregnant. I'm slowly trying to get back. I gained 60pounds when I was pregnant. I don't even know how much I weigh now though. I'm to scared of the scale lol.

Im having the same issue! Tried doing one of Jillians videos (my baby is 11 weeks old) and got maybe 15 min and thought i was going to die so i stopped lol

I puked the first day doing the 30DS.   I dont know if it gets any better, I suck and gave up.

lol it does get better once you do it for a couple weeks but is still hard

hard...that enough for my lazy ass to not do it. lol that SO bad.....One day Ill get it back out. :/

I gained at least 60... I was 150 before, and a week before DS was born I was 211. :/ even when I was 150 though, I hated how much fat I had on my arms, tummy, and thighs.

Seriously, my thighs look like nasty pale beached whales.

It's tough at first... but keep at it! I lost a ton of inches doing it! And i only half assed it for two weeks

I finished 30DS... I lost about 12 pounds on it... I was going to do it again, and then I started running, and I changed my mind about doing it.
